On the way to work...AGAIN...

I thought I was completely delirious when I realized was shuffling behind a bunch of Mario Cart characters on the way to work this morning, so I asked to take a photo of them to prove to myself I was still ok.

MyTube

One hundred years later, I've finally uploaded a few home videos onto YouTube.

For my first ones, I've just uploaded a few short videos of our English bulldog, Maggie. I'm just learning about the quality as I export. (They're looking a little low in that department.)

Here's one to test blogging with- it's of Maggie as a puppy, fully enjoying one of the few toys we did not buy...a door stopper.

Bang Camaro is back in town!

You may have heard of them from Guitar Hero 2's "Lady Lightning". Or Rock Band's "Pleasure". It looks like they've been busy in 2007! Bang Camaro is heading to a town near you.

This band consists of up to 20 testosterone-filled lead singers and musicians on stage, all at once. Power riffs will fill that part of your soul that you just haven't been able to quite reach. (You know that part I'm talking about.)

We'll hopefully be seeing them at Madison Square, Maxwell's in Hoboken, and maybe even over at the Music Hall Brooklyn. I wish I could visit home and see them in Orlando at The Social, too!

Do yourself a favor and see them while you can. Check out their complete tour here.

One of our two Bang Camaro posters mounted and hanging in our place from the first time we ever saw them live. This one is in our dining room (next my favorite "Incubus, Live in Japan" poster).

23° but GE-ORGeous!

Today will be a high of 23, but it's crystal clear and absolutely beautiful!

The rink is all ready and waiting for skaters!

Sumo mural on 33rd

There used to be a cool Delta Airlines mural on the side of this building (done by Bruce McCall in 2004). Since then it's changed from one crappy "Motorola Razor phone" mural to another. The newest mural just finished: a very scary ad for Hyundai. What's going on here, anyway??

What's the point, here?
